If love was coffee, then for Annie Langdon, it would be thick, black, leave her with a bitter taste in her mouth, and acid in her stomach.   The day Devon McMaster walks into her restaurant, however, Annie’s heart begins to perk under his southern drawl and down home charm. Dumping her sweats for flattering jeans and trashing her “I’m not worth it,” attitude in favour of “Go get him!” philosophy, she sets out to win his heart and free her own.  This Christmas, Annie will learn that men, like coffee, can come in all sorts of decadent varieties.

The magic of push-up bras, hip music producing jobs, and trendy clothes can't undo Agnes Frump's horrendous moniker. Nor can they make her neighbor, Dillon McKenzie, see her as anything but his best buddy.

A midnight walk, a fateful fall, the discovery of a magic lamp, and Aggie switches priorities. In her efforts to help Ebony, the kitten-genie and undo the curse of Aladdin’s lamp, she makes a fateful mistake—an inadvertent, “I wish I was in Dillon’s arms,” and Aggie wakes up in his arms, all right—as a stray dog.

Will Aggie and her genie figure out how to undo a wish gone wrong, or is she doomed to a life of Milk Bones, flea baths and loving Dillon from the foot of her doggy bed?

The Genie’s Curse is an entertaining story that will have you laughing until the last page.

Tales of Whimsy Reviews gave it four stars and said:

This a cute girl-next-door becomes fly-on-the-wall fable. The dog prospective had me grinning from ear-to-ear. Plus the writer receives major kudos in Jujuland for a Mickey Spillane reference. Bronwyn Storm writes with flair and I enjoyed both the story and her writing style. I really got a kick out of this imaginative romp.  Worth-a-read? Totally! Whether you are looking for something quick, need a break from something heavy, or just want to try something short and fun this is it.

For shoe-designer Nessie Helph, 1984 is another year in the struggle to keep herself safe from her malicious supervisor, Grace Hart. Nessie’s problems worsen when she finds out the company, Victor & Victoria, has been sold to Leo Schumacher.

Known as “The Lumberjack,” Leo’s reputation for cutting costs and hacking jobs is legendary, but Nessie’s prepared for any contingency…except the effect he has on her heart.  She may not be able to get her hair to feather like Heather Locklear’s, but surely, she has the skills to win both her dream job and her dream man.

Is Nessie a shoe-in for love, or will her efforts leave her heart sinking into the soles of her jelly sandels? Is Nessie a shoe-in for love, or will her efforts leave her heart sinking into the soles of her jelly sandels?

WRDF called it a Top Read, Excellent and said:

I judged this book by its cover and wasn’t let down. What more does a gal need to feel like a million bucks but a great pair of shoes and a hot guy!!! Seeing a cover with both I had high expectations, and SHOE-IN FOR LOVE lived up to them all.

You will giggle while reading how shoe designer Nessie Helph and hotshot (with the emphasis on HOT) executive Leo "The Lumberjack" Schumacher meet and fall in love. It’s an unforgettable first meeting for both the reader and the couple and they progressively endear themselves with each new page. As Nessie fights for her job, one that showcases her talent for innovative and bestselling shoes, battling her supervisor’s conspiracies to hinder her growth in the company, Victor & Victoria, you’ll find yourself cheering for the chubby pixie’s success on both the career and romantic fronts.

Full marks to Bronwyn Storm for such a perfect book—an enjoyable, fast-paced romantic comedy (with an emphasis on the comedy!!!!)—and such lovable characters. It’s a great read and will keep you glued and entertained not just from its first page but from its very cover! Bronwyn Storm, I’m a fan for life.

Fallen Angels Reviews gave it 5 stars, and said:

Shoe-In for Love is a whirlwind ride through the fashionable 1980's. The writing is can't-catch-my-breath fast and very, very witty. The relationship between Nessie and her demonic manager Grace dominates the story. The romance between Leo and Nessie is more of a charming subplot. That's fine with me. I couldn't get enough of the to-the-death knock-'em-downs between the two women. They are viscous* and funny. Shoe-In for Love is a dinner burner. You'll not want to put it down.

*She may have meant vicious...

From downed networks to binary coding Chase Logan can handle just about anything, except her sexy new client, Ethan Phillips. His sculpted looks have Chase’s libido spinning faster than a Pentium Four processor, but his aloof attitude freezes her in an instant.

Five years after charging his ex-fiancé with fraud and sending her to jail, advertising executive Ethan Phillips’s emotions remain in the ‘off’ position.  But Chase’s laugh, her candor and delicious figure, are booting up his feelings and turning on his heart.

Though both Chase and Ethan believe their emotions are safe behind their respective firewalls, their mutual attraction renders their logical programming inactive, and they're about to find out that when it comes to love, there are no defences that can protect the heart.

The Long and Short of It Reviewers gave it a 5 out of 5 and said:

Ms. Storm creates a plethora of colorful characters in this novel. Even though her characters follow the usual roles that are in stories, she adds her own twist and a fresh outlook to them...The story moves quickly, however, it is an emotional roller coaster. One minute things are looking up, the next both the main characters are unsure about the other. But I believe that this roller-coaster created a very good story. The author also added an element of suspense to this story by introducing a stalker that does not seem to do anything wrong and hence cannot be caught. This made the pages turn even faster! I would definitely recommend this book to anyone and am looking forward to more books by this author.

Enchanting Reviews gave it a 4.5 out of 5 and said:

ETHAN’S CHASE is a romance filled with intrigue and conflicting emotions which move the story along at a fast pace. I really enjoyed reading this book, it kept me turning the pages to see what happened next. Ms Storm weaves her conflicts into the story in a way that is believable and enjoyable. The secondary characters add strength and humour to the story, bringing things to life in a totally convincing way. Despite knowing the main characters would eventually solve their difficulties, I had to keep reading to find out how! I would definitely read more of Bronwyn Storm’s books.

The Romance Studio gave it a 4.5 out of 5, and said:

I liked this story, it had my attention until the end...Ms. Storm did an excellent job with the characters of this story. The plot and scenes were well done, a nice love story.

Romance Junkies gave it a 4.5 out of 5 (I'm guessing it's out of 5) and said:

Ethan's Chase is an exciting, suspense-filled romance.  This modern day story will keep you on the edge of your seat, as you wonder what form the harassment will take next.  Ethan and Chase are well matched in this very steamy romance.  The reader can’t help but feel sympathy for Ethan in his attempts to get closer to Chase, who has to be strong to deal with all the harassment she goes through before this story ends.  I highly recommend Ethan's Chase for those who love steamy, adventurous romances.
